What a night. I seriously have no idea WTF is wrong with my subconscious. Weird dreams galore last night. Trapped in a convenience store with a miniature, man-eating octopus… replacing a guy who dresses like Spider-Man as vocalist in a Bon Jovi cover band… where does this shit come from?! LOL!

Just watched DRIVE again. What a masterpiece. I can honestly say that it’s probably my second favourite film of all time… second only to What’s Eating Gilbert Grape ‘cause I don’t think anything will ever top that film for me.
“Marvel & DC treat their creators like strippers - sure, you can make a living while you have your looks, but God help you the day you get wrinkles. You’ll die in an alley, uninsured, while the next generation of Disney execs are snorting coke off framed Spider-Man issues YOU drew.”—Another Aaron, Comic Book Resources forums

I finally watched PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 3 last night. I decided to just buy it ‘cause I enjoyed the first two. Gotta say, it was a pretty big piece of shit. It had the franchise’s trademark scares, yeah, but the final 15 minutes of the film that tells how “the activity began” is some of the most unoriginal stuff I’ve ever seen. I don’t know why the producers had to go back to the past and ruin a good series with such a bullshit prequel. Honestly, I truly wonder how much of this Oren Peli was cool with, ‘cause the original film was a blast. This’ll be going directly onto eBay and out of my collection.
